A traditional style villa but with a very modern interior having been extensively remodelled over the winter of 2018. Light and airy with extensive views over Kalkan Bay.

The villa stands in a large plot in the quiet and beautiful area of Kalkan called Kisla. This is a wonderfully peaceful location and yet the restaurants, nightlife and amenities of Kalkan are only a matter of minutes away giving you the best of both worlds.

Closer to home, there are several dining options in Kisla itself within a few minutes walk including the very popular Castle, Fidanka Hotel and others including Bob’s Market and Terrace, a small but well-stocked and super friendly convenience store with bar and terrace restaurant above.

The villa, with its balconies and roof terrace, looks out over Kalkan Bay, the Harbour and the town itself and is in sunshine virtually all day long. Slightly elevated above the sea, the villa has a “front-line” position and the glorious views can be enjoyed from the pool area, garden, the lounge, kitchen and each bedroom.

The views are truly magical at any time of day; daytime views of boats sailing in and out of the bay and the harbour, incredible sunsets and night time vistas of the twinkling lights of Kalkan.

With 3 double en-suite bathrooms (one can be set up with twin beds), the villa sleeps six people but can accommodate a seventh using a fold-up z-bed.

We have owned an apartment in Kisla for many years but bought this villa after we retired as we wanted a more spacious property with a garden. We were fortunate to find this villa which stands in a double plot with excellent pool terrace areas and gardens with flowers and fruit trees. We will spend several months each year at the villa and so it’s furnished and equipped it as a home from home. We are sure you will find everything you could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

A welcome grocery pack of bread, butter, cheese, jam, etc. is provided to ensure our Guests have something to eat and drink whatever time of day or night they arrive.

We employ a wonderful management company who are now our friends. They live locally and speak English and Turkish and are there to help in case of emergency or to answer any questions.

The area is one of outstanding natural beauty with turquoise seas, forests and mountains. Usually thought of as a destination for May to October the climate is mild throughout the year and good weather can be had late autumn and through the winter. Spring can be glorious when wild flowers bloom everywhere. “Out of Season” can be a great time to enjoy a walking holiday or a tour of the many historic ancient sites that are scattered along the Turquoise/Lycian coast.
